Job Responsibilities / 工作职责
Handle general administrative duties like Data entry, Filing, Invoicing, Delivery Orders
Scheduling deliveries & logistics
Handling phone & online enquiries to support sales team
Coordinating repairs/claims
Basic accounting tasks

Requirements / 职位要求:
✔️ Experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
✔️ Proficient in MS Office (QuickBooks is a bonus)
✔️ Speaks excellent Chinese, English & Malay 三语流利(中、英、巫)
✔️ Well-organized & detail-oriented
✔️ Experience with spare parts is an added advantage
✔️ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
