**Overall Role**
- Support overall business operations by managing HR functions and administrative tasks.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **General Office Administration**: Oversee office supplies, coordinate with vendors, manage office equipment, and handle day-to-day administrative tasks.
- **Document Management**:Organizing and maintaining company documents, records, and files, ensuring easy access and proper filing.
- **Sales Operations**: Handle daily sales operations, including responding to sales enquiries, managing sales orders, recording payments, updating the customer database, and posting order confirmations.
- **Employee Relations**: Manage employee records, address HR-related queries, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- **Payroll and Benefits Administration**: Process payroll, manage employee benefits, and maintain accurate financial records related to HR.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Experience in HR, administrative, and sales operations roles.
- Familiarity with office management software and tools.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
