_**RESPONSIBILITIES**_
- Supervise daily gas production operations at GAS Industry to ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, and production output targets.
- Lead and manage production staff, enforce GAS Industry’s **HSE policies**, safety standards, and SOP compliance, maintaining a safe and organized workplace.
- Collaborate closely with quality control, maintenance, and logistics teams to minimize downtime and ensure continuous and efficient gas production.
- Maintain precise records of production activities and shift reports, providing timely updates to management on operational status and any arising issues.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements within the gas production line to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and uphold the highest safety standards.
- **REQUIREMENTS**_
- Must possess at least a **Diploma in Mechanical, Chemical, or Petroleum Engineering**, or a related technical field.
- Minimum **1 year of experience** in **gas plant operations or oil & gas production environment**.
- Required language(s)**:English and Bahasa Malaysia**.
- Must have **own transport** and be able to travel or work on-site at **GAS Industry.**:

- Strong understanding of **HSE standards**, emergency response, and gas handling procedures.
- Proficient in **Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)** and basic production monitoring software.
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
