**## SALES REPRESENTATIVE - FROZEN FOOD MANUFACTURING**

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key accounts in the [target market, e.g., retail, foodservice, wholesale] sector.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Develop and execute sales strategies**: Identify and target potential customers, build relationships, and generate new leads.
- **Manage Existing Accounts**: Cultivate strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring their satisfaction and maximizing sales potential.
- **Negotiate and close deals**: Present compelling product demonstrations and proposals, effectively negotiate pricing, and secure orders.
- **Generate sales reports and forecasts**: Track sales performance, analyze market trends, and provide accurate sales forecasts.
- **Collaborate with internal teams**: Work closely with marketing, product development, and operations to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- **Stay up-to-date on industry trends**: Maintain knowledge of the frozen food industry, competitor offerings, and evolving customer preferences.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven track record of success in a sales role, preferably within the food industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
