Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Medical Sales Representative (Northern Region) - GP, based in Penang, Malaysia. The Medical Sales Representative will be responsible to:


•
Promote and detail EXELAB and MYWELLNESS supplement products to clinics, pharmacies, and healthcare professionals within the assigned territory.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and clinic staff to ensure sustainable business growth.


• Drive sales performance to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.


• Conduct product presentations, lunch talks, and in-clinic/product training sessions.


• Monitor competitor activities and provide market insights to the management team.


• Ensure proper merchandising and visibility of products in retail outlets.


• Prepare timely reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market conditions.


• Participate in company meetings, trainings, marketing events, roadshows, and promotional activities.


• Ensure compliance with company policies, brand guidelines, and industry regulations.

Qualifications


• Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Science, Pharmacy, Nutrition, Marketing, or related fields (preferred but not mandatory).


•
Fresh graduates are welcome; prior experience in medical/pharmaceutical or supplement sales is an advantage.


•
Willing to travel extensively within Perlis, Kedah, Penang, and Perak.


• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.


• Self-driven, disciplined, and able to work independently.


• Possess a valid driving license and own transport.
