Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Human Resources Executive located in Georgetown. The Senior Human Resources Executive will oversee and manage HR operations, develop and implement HR policies, and foster positive employee relations. Responsibilities include managing recruitment processes, employee engagement initiatives, performance management, and ensuring adherence to labor laws and organizational policies. The role requires collaboration with various departments to support organizational goals and maintain a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Human Resources management and operations
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, compliance, and workplace regulations
  • Experience in fostering Employee Relations and addressing workplace issues proactively
  • Proficiency in developing and implementing effective HR practices and procedures
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant certifications are an added advantage
  • Previous experience working in the healthcare or regulatory industry is beneficial
