Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Coordinator based in Georgetown. The Sales Coordinator will handle day-to-day sales operations, including processing orders, coordinating with customers, and ensuring seamless communication between sales teams and customers. The role involves assisting sales representatives, monitoring inventory levels, and maintaining accurate sales records to support operational efficiency. Additionally, the Sales Coordinator will enhance customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving customer issues promptly.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Sales Coordination and Sales Operations
  • Sales skills, including a strong aptitude for meeting targets and supporting sales strategies
  • Excellent Customer Service and interpersonal skills to ensure client satisfaction
  • Strong Communication skills for successful collaboration with team members and customers
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple priorities efficiently
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in managing sales-related documentation
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools such as Microsoft Office or CRM systems is an advantage
  • Experience in sales or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory
