What You'll Do

Order Processing

  • Handle EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) or manual input for firm and pre-orders.
  • Verify and ensure accuracy of data entry in the system (ROBIN).

Delivery Control

  • Monitor daily delivery schedules and coordinate with customers, HQ, and production control teams.
  • Negotiate and update delivery information to prevent line-stop situations.

Stock Control

  • Manage warehouse and VMI stock levels efficiently.
  • Report stock conditions to sales staff to avoid shortages or excess inventory.

Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, internal teams, and stakeholders.

Information Sharing

  • Provide prompt feedback on customer requests and share key updates with sales teams.

Sales Support

  • Prepare and process order acknowledgments, sample requests, and quotations.
  • Support with documentation such as delivery instructions, forecast adjustments, and approval forms.
  • Monitor sales performance to help achieve monthly and annual targets.

Who We're Looking For
  • Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • A few years of experience in sales coordination or inside sales is an added advantage.
  • Practical experience in order processing (EDI/manual) and delivery schedule management will be a plus.
  • Team player with a proactive attitude and keen attention to detail.
