Salary: RM 2.8k to 3.5k Basic (Depends on last drawn & experience) +Allowance +Commission
Job Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell the company's logistics services in line with sales goals and business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Identify and develop new sales leads to grow business opportunities.
- Prepare and provide accurate quotations for logistics services.
- Understand customer needs and offer tailored logistics solutions.
- Work closely with clients to improve their logistics supply chain efficiency.
- Support outdoor sales team with rate sourcing and coordination.
- Stay updated on logistics market trends and company offerings.
- Follow up closely with customers on proposed solutions and feedback.
- Take ownership of customer issues and ensure timely resolution.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in indoor sales, preferably in logistics.
- Diploma or Higher Diploma in any field.
- Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and writing skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Self-motivated with attention to detail and a strong sense of urgency.
- Able to work independently and perform well under pressure with minimal supervision.
- Fresh graduates with the right attitude and language proficiency are encouraged to apply.
