Requirements
- Experienced in the automotive field.
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team as well as independently.
- Strong organizational, decision making, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Friendly and willing to learn.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greeting customers and checking them in to an available technician.
- Consulting with technicians about needed repairs and alternatives that can be offered.
- Answering customer questions about service outcomes and consulting with technicians when necessary.
- Informing customers about potential cost savings and warranty protections.
- Overseeing and managing the service center's scheduling and workflow.
- Keeping customers updated on their car status / contact customer to collect car when ready.
