Qc Assistant

**JOB DESCRIPTION**

1. Perform incoming inspections for every raw and packaging materials to verify quality and compliance with specifications/COA.

2. Prepare sample for every incoming raw material, external lab testing, retain sample and sensory evaluations.

4. Conduct moisture tests for semi-finished products and raw materials.

5. Inform to QA Executive / QC Executive on any rejection or findings for further action.

6. Monitor and record temperature and humidity for every equipment, sensor and production area including warehouse.

7. Perform daily GMP inspection (pest control, surrounding) daily personnel hygiene verification and ensure hand soap and sanitizer are available at all times as per instructions.

8. Following GMP and company’s rules and procedure from time to time and monitoring operators and visitors on GMP rules.

9. Verify stock issues according to stock record and report any nonconformance to superiors (FIFO, materials not in good condition)

10. Ensure production areas, and equipment are being cleaned as per the schedule and report to the person in charge if any of the areas is unsatisfactory such as dust formation, unswept area, equipment not cleaned properly and etc.

11. Monitor production and workplace areas to ensure they are kept neat, tidy, and clean at all times.

12. Random checking from time to time to ensure correct product name and sticker information being used according to customer’s requirement by production operators.

13. Ensure all equipment/machine are in good condition and properly use and report immediately to QA Executive / QC Executive on any nonconformance.

14. Ensure all equipment/machine are being properly use by train operator to avoid any non-conformance

15. Checking the coding information on every product is as per specified and as per customer’s requirement.

16. Checking all the finished goods quality is as per specified before release to the warehouse

17. Checking and verifying the scale used in production on daily basis.

18. Ensure the packing quality of goods is as per specified including the shrink wrap quality.

19. Ensure the weight of every product is as per specified and any major deviation shall be reported to superior with immediate effect.

20. Ensure all forms related to QC are filled and completed on timely manner and submitted to QA Executive / QC executive for verification or review.

21. Ensure all findings from inspection and test is being documented and reported.

22. Ensure all the chemicals used in production is controlled and recorded properly.

23. Any other relevant tasks as deem necessary by immediate superior.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**

2. At least 1 year of working experience in a related field is required.

3. Attended Food Handler Training is added advantages

4. Strong knowledge of HACCP and GMP procedures.

5. Outstanding interpersonal and teamwork skills, with strong analysis and presentation abilities.

7. Ability to read, write, and speak Bahasa and English to comprehend instructions.

8. Willingness to work on a shift basis (When necessary) and on Saturdays.

9. Good timekeeping skills and attention to details.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
