**Your Role**

As a **QA/QC Intern**, you’ll work alongside our Quality Team to ensure every product meets stringent safety, regulatory, and nutritional standards. Gain hands-on experience in a GMP/HACCP-certified environment while contributing to real-world quality systems.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in **testing raw materials & finished products** (physical, chemical, microbiological).
- Support **documentation** for GMP, HACCP, MeSTI, and quality records.
- Participate in **hygiene & sanitation audits** (equipment, production areas).
- Help monitor **production processes** for compliance with quality specs.
- Aid in **calibration/maintenance** of lab equipment.
- Contribute to **root-cause analysis** of quality deviations or customer feedback.
- Assist in **shelf-life studies** and stability testing.

**Learning Outcomes**
- Master **food safety protocols** (GMP, HACCP, SSOP) in a health-product setting.
- Develop skills in **lab techniques** (pH, moisture, viscosity, microbial testing).
- Understand **regulatory compliance** (MOH, FDA, FSSC 22000).
- Gain exposure to **quality management systems** and digital tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Production, Regulatory).

**Requirements**:

- Pursuing a Diploma/Degree in **Food Science, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Microbiology**, or related fields.
- Meticulous attention to detail & a passion for **food safety/quality**.
- Basic lab skills (training provided).
- Ability to follow protocols & document accurately.
- Strong communication skills (English/Bahasa Malaysia).
