About the role

Plus Point Packages Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced QAQC Manager to join our manufacturing team in Semenyih, Selangor. This full-time role will be responsible for overseeing all quality assurance and control processes to ensure the highest standards of production and customer satisfaction.

What you'll be doing

  • Developing, implementing, and maintaining comprehensive quality control systems and procedures
  • Conducting regular quality audits and inspections to identify and address any non-conformances
  • Analysing quality data and compiling detailed reports to drive continuous improvement
  • Collaborating cross-functionally to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions
  • Providing training and guidance to production teams on quality standards and best practices
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant industry regulations and internal quality policies
  • Identifying opportunities to optimise manufacturing processes and enhance product quality

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a quality assurance or quality control role within a manufacturing environment
  • Strong technical understanding of quality control principles, methods, and tools
  • Proficient in data analysis, root cause analysis, and process improvement techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with cross-functional teams
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field
