Quality Assurance Executive

**Job Scope & Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and maintain the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with ISO 9001 standards.
- Prepare, review, and update quality procedures, work instructions, and related documentation.
- Conduct internal quality audits and coordinate external/customer audits.
- Ensure all metal stamping parts meet customer specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Investigate customer complaints, non-conformities, and implement corrective & preventive actions (CAPA).
- Work closely with Quality Control (QC) team to monitor in-process inspection, final inspection, and product testing.
- Prepare quality reports, analysis of rejection/defect trends, and recommend improvement actions.
- Liaise with production and engineering departments to ensure continuous quality improvement.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on quality awareness and compliance.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Quality, Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in **metal stamping / manufacturing quality assurance**.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, and other quality standards.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Able to work independently and coordinate cross-functional teams.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
