**About Flame & Fern Café**
Flame & Fern Café is a modern café designed to provide a cozy and welcoming atmosphere for all guests. With a focus on high-quality halal food and beverages, we aim to create memorable dining experiences for families, friends, and casual visitors alike.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and seat guests promptly and courteously.
- Present menus and provide detailed information about menu items.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely and professional manner.
- Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and promptly address any concerns.
- Process payments and handle cash or card transactions accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a server or in customer service is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high service standards.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Flexible to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
