Indoor Sales Coordinator

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle and process customer inquiries, quotations, and orders promptly
- Coordinate with production, warehouse, and logistics team to ensure timely delivery
- Monitor order status and update customers accordingly
- Maintain and update customer database and sales records
- Prepare and follow up on sales documents (e.g., invoices, DO, PO, SO)
- Support the outdoor sales team in customer account management
- Assist in stock level monitoring and reorder planning
- Liaise with finance department for payment follow-ups
- Provide after-sales support and resolve customer issues professionally
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management
- Support system implementation or upgrade when required
- Assist in other administrative or sales-related tasks as assigned by management

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Prior experience in sales coordination or customer service (preferably in manufacturing)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and sales/order entry systems
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin/Cantonese is an added advantage)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
