Position Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic person to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a fresh graduate to start a career in data analytics and customer service within the financial market sector.

Key Responsibilities:
**Data Analytics**:

- Collect, clean, and analyze customer-related data using tools like Excel, SQL, or Power BI.
- Prepare detailed reports and dashboards to identify trends and insights.
- Support the team in data-driven decision-making by providing actionable insights.

**Customer Service**:

- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
- Record customer interactions, comments, and complaints in the CRM system.

Qualifications:

- Internship student
- Fluent in Bahasa Melayu and English.
