Technician & Supports

**Job Summary**:
1. To support the production team to achieve high productivity, low downtime and premium products quality via effective & efficient equipment/facility and process management.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Responsible for handling, setting & operating production machines, equipment, tools and any other company assets.

2. Develop maintenance procedures & schedules, and ensure implementation.

3. To investigate equipment breakdowns, provide troubleshooting support and monitor the performance of equipment after repairs have been carried out so that machine downtime can be minimised.

4. Suggest to superior if any upgrades and changes is needed to improve the performance of equipment and systems.

5. To participate in daily production processes and product audit, test and review activities to achieve high equipment productivity and premium products quality.

6. Update stock lists (spare part) after equipment maintenance or repair.

7. Implement good 5S management for systematic, traceable, clean and safety workplace.

8. Undertake any ad-hoc assignments as and when required by superior.

**Requirements**:
1. Possess at least SPM/Certificate/Diploma in Mechanical/Mechatronic/CNC/Electrical/Electronic studies.

2. Initiative and self-motivated.

3. Able to work overtime with tight deadlines during production period.

4. High responsibility and hard working

5. Ability to work as a team with good attitude towards supervision

6. Self-motivated with good interpersonal and communication skills.
