**Job Description: Sales Executive in a Paper Packaging Company**
**Position Title**: Sales Executive
**Department**: Sales and Marketing
**Reports to**: Sales Manager
**Location**: Seri Kembangan, Selangor.

**Job Summary**:
As a Sales Executive in Sun Paper Bags, you will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and promoting the company's range of paper packaging products. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs, provide product solutions, and contribute to the growth and success of the company.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Business Development**:
- Identify and prospect new clients in various industries (e.g., retail, food and beverage, logistics) who require paper packaging solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and business opportunities.
- Develop and execute strategies to acquire new customers and expand the company’s market share.
- Create and maintain a pipeline of leads and opportunities for sales growth.
**Client Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, acting as their main point of contact for all packaging needs.
- Understand customer requirements and offer tailored paper packaging solutions.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues related to product quality, delivery, or service.
- Ensure repeat business by maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
**Sales Presentations & Negotiations**:
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits of paper packaging products.
- Prepare and deliver customized proposals, quotes, and pricing strategies to clients.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms in alignment with company policies.
**Order Management**:
- Coordinate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
- Ensure accurate order processing, tracking, and timely follow-up on deliveries.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests regarding product orders and delivery schedules.
**Sales Targets & Reporting**:
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as set by management.
- Maintain accurate sales records and report on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
- Track competitors and industry trends to stay ahead of the market.
- Supervise and manage Monthly Payment Collection.
**Product Knowledge**:
- Keep up to date with the latest developments in paper packaging technologies and trends.
- Act as a product expert, advising clients on the best packaging solutions based on their specific needs.
**Collaboration & Teamwork**:
- Work closely with internal teams (e.g., marketing, production, and customer service) to ensure the smooth execution of orders and client requirements.
- Provide feedback to product development teams regarding customer preferences and market demand.
**Qualifications**:
- 1-3 years of sales experience in a packaging or manufacturing industry, preferably paper packaging.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to close deals.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Knowledge of paper packaging products, production processes, and industry trends is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Able to converse in Mandarin is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Packaging Technology, or a related field preferable.

- Working Hours: Monday - Friday (8.00 AM - 5.30 PM).
- Possess own transport and a valid driving license.
