Purchasing Assistant

Job Descriptions:
- Prepare and process purchasing documents such as purchase requisitions and purchase order
- Assist the Purchasing Manager in preparing price and product comparison table and presenting prospective suppliers of new products for purchase requisition analysis
- Maintaining cordial working relationships with vendors and supervising vendor activities
- Do spot-checking of incoming goods to ensure that the quality matches with the required specification
- Managing purchase orders, overseeing shipping schedules and maintaining purchase records
- Record, store, access, and/or analyze computerized financial information.
- List all outstanding items (which is not delivered by suppliers) on daily basis
- Do market survey (minimum twice a month) together with purchasing, kitchen, cost control to update market price and to check seasonal items
- Do any other works necessary for the hotel and/or specific tasks assigned by the superior
**Salary**: From RM1,800.00 per month
