**Responsibilities**:

- Reporting to the Production Manager/Executive
- Assisting the Production Manager/Executive with administrative tasks like production planning and timesheets.
- Preparing cost/quantity estimates for materials, equipment, and labours.
- Overseeing quality control throughout the production process.
- Ensuring that production is completed before deadline.
- Procuring and monitoring the efficiency of production equipment.
- Updating the Production Manager/Executive on the status of projects.
- Liaising and coordinating production with other departments.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as Production Executive Assistant/Production line leader
- Strong knowledge of machinery and hydraulic, electrical and other systems and their components.
- Skilled in using various hand tools (screwdrivers, hammers etc.) and precision measurement tools (e.g. calipers).
- Able to follow established procedures and practices and read instruction, blueprints etc.
- A solid commitment to all health and safety guidelines.
- Very good communication skills.
- Excellent physical strength and stamina.
- Minimum SPM/O level or equivalent;
