REQUIREMENT
- To execute activities in production operation and ensure Standard Operation Procedure (SOP)/Good Manufacturing Practices/Condition (GMP) are in place.
- To execute plan and prioritize products efficiently and effectively to ensure production fulfillments are on time, in full without compromising on safety and quality.
- To maintain efficiency level of production output.
- To troubleshoot any process quality issues and liaise with other departments to analyze and minimize on downtime possibilities.
- Work closely with engineering department in ensuring all machine are in proper working condition and upgrade when needed.
- Involve in new product development and product/process improvement activity.
- Maintain and improve departmental Key Performance Index (KPIs) such as yield, efficiency, productivity and utilization.
- Prepare production shiftly reports and recordings for analysis needs.
- Assist in embracing people safety as top priority by report abnormality, initiative improvements, ensure SOP and support safety programs.
- Support in implementation and enforce company policies and safety procedures to staffs including foreign workers.
- Assist and support weekly/daily production scheduling based on lines progress.
- Assist in preparation daily & weekly reports.
- Support and assist schedule Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and production trial by completing the activities as per agreed and aligned timeframe.

KNOWLEDGE/ EXPERIENCE/ SKILLS REQUIRED
- Education required
- Certificates/ Diploma / Degree related to said position.
- Experience required
- Minimum 2 - 3 years experience in production operation.
- Other skills required
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to listen and empathize with others and respond to the needs of the business and employees.
- Knowledge of manufacturing / production operations.
- Good information processing skills (understanding & summarize information)
- Knowledge in SAP and Microsoft Office Tools.
