- Support superior in managing day-to-day operating expenditures against operating budgets to ensure efficient usage of resources;
- Design, code and test technical solutions as a part of the deployment readiness processes;
- Adhere to development and coding standards as defined by technical management;
- Communicate user needs and priorities, ensuring systems developed operate at optimal performance, as well as to the user's satisfaction;
- Engage with other IT and business users, identify system deficiencies and recommend solutions;
- Conduct knowledge transfer, training and best practice sharing with local Country IT or internal stakeholders to ensure knowledge availability/continuity;
- Drive self-learning and improvement in IT Business Solutions and DKSH behaviors as part of continuous learning.

**Job Requirement**:

- Up to 3 years’ experience in similar role.
- Have experience with the latest JavaScript Framework (Angular,React,Vue,Node.etc) is a bonus.
- Have experience in a product management environment.
- Familiar with Azure DevOps concepts (CI/CD pipelines, Repo, Test Plan.etc) and tools.
- Demonstrate knowledge in developing and maintaining policies, procedures, standards and guidelines;
- Be abreast of the latest technologies and technological opportunities within the specific domain/area of expertise;
- Strong sense of work ownership and a desire for constant improvements.
- Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint);
- Demonstrate fluency in local language and ideally in English, both written and spoken;
