Production Planning Manager

(a.) To review maintenance tasks for the purpose of ensuring adequate tools, facilities & manpower are available to carry out the task at hand;

(b.) To work hand in hand with KUL Line Maintenance, Base Maintenance Services and Hub Stations Line Maintenance to carry out all tasks proposed;

(c.) To attend maintenance review meetings and to be updated on resources available within own organization;

(d.) To closely liaise with managers of KUL Line Maintenance, Base Maintenance Services, Hub Stations Line Maintenance to carry out all maintenance tasks called out;

(e.) Establish and maintain an effective 24 hours communication center and focal point to support aircraft maintenance and operation. Monitor and ensure accurate record tracking and control of operation, facilities, equipment, and tooling;

(f.) To ensure technical publications/manuals within Asia Digital Engineering (Part 145 organization) is valid and up to date;

(g.) To ensure the copy of maintenance records are properly kept in accordance CAA of Malaysia requirements;

(h.) To ensure Material Store administration and operation meet company and regulatory requirement;

(i.) To respond and take corrective action on any NCR raised against Production Planning Department;

(j.) To carry out any other duties as assigned by Head of Part 145.
