- Have experience in Condominium/Apartment building operation and maintenance/facilities management.
- Experience in Mechanical & Electrical system and other building services.
- Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Must be able to work under minimum supervision and work as a team.
- Maintain tool and equipment in good condition
- Perform preventive maintenance repair, attend breakdowns.
- Troubleshoot and rectify mechanical electrical system
- Maintain plumbing systems, pumps system or operations.
- Follow safety rules and procedure in job site
- Report to superior on work progress of actual and potential problem
- Required Language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- Must be pro-active
- Punctual
- Standby for on-calls and emergencies

**Working Hours**
Monday - Friday : 9am - 6pm
Saturday : 9am - 1pm

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
