Job Responsibilities:
**Marketing**
- Develop, implement, create and monitor posts across websites and various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and etc.)
- Ensure online product catalog info accuracy, product descriptions, images, pricing are compelling
- Analyzing market trends and customer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and brand awareness

**Sales**
- Process and monitoring online sales orders efficiently
- Ensure timely fulfillment of orders, packing, shipping and logistic transit tracking
- Communicate with logistic parties if necessary

**Customer Service**
- Focus on improving the overall online shopping experience to boost customer satisfaction and retention
- Respond and feedback to customer inquiries and complaints promptly

**Inventory**
- Monitoring and updating inventory levels, perform regular stock count. Ensure stock availability at all times

**Requirements**:

- Possess minimum Diploma in related discipline
- At least 2 years of e-commerce or retail work experienced is preferred
- Pleasant personality, good organization, interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitasking in fast-paced environment, work independently with high level of attention to detail whilst under pressure
- Strong problem solving skills and able to anticipate changes and requirements

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
