The Restaurant Manager oversees all aspects of the restaurant's operations, ensuring efficient service, guest satisfaction, and profitability. This position involves managing the team, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations while creating memorable dining experiences for guests.

Key Responsibilities:
**Operational Management**
- Supervise and coordinate daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient restaurant service.
- Oversee food and beverage quality, presentation, and consistency to meet company standards.
- Monitor and improve operational workflows to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction.
- Ensure the restaurant is clean, organized, and fully prepared for service at all times.

**Guest Relations**
- Actively engage with guests to ensure their dining experience exceeds expectations.
- Address and resolve guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and encourage repeat visits.

**Team Leadership and Training**
- Recruit, train, and develop restaurant staff to maintain high service standards.
- Conduct regular team briefings, and performance reviews, and provide ongoing coaching and mentorship.
- Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak periods.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

**Financial Management**
- Manage the restaurant's budget, including forecasting, revenue generation, and expense control.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for revenue growth.
- Monitor food and beverage costs, implement cost-control measures, and reduce wastage.

**Inventory and Procurement**
- Oversee inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of quality products.
- Manage stock control processes, including monthly stocktaking and reconciliation.

**Health and Safety Compliance**
- Ensure all operations comply with local health and safety regulations.
- Conduct routine inspections to maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards.
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures across the team.

**Marketing and Promotions**
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional activities.
- Develop strategies to drive traffic to the restaurant and enhance brand visibility.
- Monitor the success of promotional campaigns and make necessary adjustments.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
