This is a lead designer role for our CoE team focusing on BPC Embedded and Standard. Main module is BPC Mgmt, but there is Stat, HR etc. but in a smaller capacity.
CoE manages both change and project deliveries focusing on SAP.
Normal BAU activities involves driving change deliveries for BPC both as the technical expert as well as engaging business on solutioning/cost etc.
The expectation from the functional/technical area is more around solution designer rather than execution. We have partners who will deliver the design and build, the LD role is to ensure the design is fit for purpose & aligned to our global template.
The role will also support our current move from Standard to Embedded - which will cover being part of the project on a functional lead capacity.
As part of CoE move to DevOps - LD will be engaged to drive high priority issues where relevant.
CoE is also an innovation centre so LDs drive the maturity roadmap for the product in consultation with CoE members.
As a global delivery centre, engagement is global and partners are varied. Hence the LD should be able to manage different stakeholders as part of the role where required.
