RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDES BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:

- To perform day to day mechanical and electrical work, advise potential problems and solutions and to lead in all testing and commissioning of M&E works.
- To implement all relevant policies, procedures and instructions as required by the QHS management system.
- To perform day-to-day management of Mechanical and Electrical works delegated / assigned by the superior.
- Co-ordination of M&E Sub-contractors.
- Assists superior in co-ordination with services provider, government, local authority and all relevant consultants whenever necessary.
- Check all M&E materials delivered by the sub-contractor against contract and specification before installation.
- Check all M&E works that are installed against shop drawing, construction drawing and local by law.
- Check all drawings issued by relevant consultants for work and co-ordination.
- Provide support to superior on all necessary presentation, submission, site memorandum and monthly report.
- Attend site, consultant meeting as instructed by the superior.
- Lead in all testing and commissioning of M&E works.
- To advise superior of potential M&E problems and their effect on the project.
- To propose solutions to the M&E problems and to initiate procedures for resolutions.
- To supervise subcontractor on M&E work on-sites.
- To comply with applicable legal and other requirements.
- To take responsibility to protect the environment and prevent pollution.
- To comply with the Standard Operating Procedure of Machinery and Equipment Rental and Planning Schedule.
- To perform any other duties as assigned by immediate superior.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Diploma / Certificate in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering / 2 years working experience in similar capacity.
- Sound knowledge of electrical and mechanical engineering system, principles and practices especially in construction and development industry.
- Knowledge in legal and other requirements, and good environmental, safety and health practices.
- Reliable, trust worthy and able to work independently.
- Able to abide to the government regulatory on M&E and site safety measures.
- Computer literate.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12-24 months

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
