**Shipping Executive/Asst Manager/Manager**
- Minimum 5 years working experience in shipping & logistics field, preferably in manufacturing environment.
- Must be familiar with the logistics and shipping operation procedures.
- Knowledge, experience and ability to interpret the Incoterms, Shipping Terms, Letter of Credit, other regulatory compliance, relevant authorities’ statutory requirements and handling documentation for sales and purchase contracts.
- Good networking skills to deal with local forwarder, shipping agents and authorities to facilitate smooth logistic operation such as correspondence with the Biport bulkers, Bintulu Port, shipping agents, forwarding agents, transporters and customs.
- Knowledge of GMP, GMP+, HACCP, ISO 22000, FSSC22000, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, HALAL, KOSHER and MSPO will be an advantage.
- Able to manage logistic activities efficiently to save cost and time.
- Awareness of external influence that will impact the cost of shipping and logistic operation and the ability to take mitigation measure to minimize any negative impact.
- Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally through strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must be well-versed in communicating and writing in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
