1 Plan and monitor the Preventive Maintenance Schedule.

2 Ensure regular servicing and maintenance of plant equipment and appliances.

3 Prepare and maintain all servicing records.

4 Requisition of materials and parts.

5 Attend and make necessary repair to all breakdown machinery.

6 Liaise with external party for repair work beyond his capacity or capability.

7 Liaise with License Electrical Worker (LEW) recommendations on new installations.

8 Attend to plumbing works and repair within his capability.

9 Check, monitor and manage worker and all sub-contractor to ensure compliance with relevant Acts, Regulations and EHS requirements.

10 Conduct regular on-job training and disseminate risk associated with any new job process or equipment and refresher.

11 Attend EHS walkabout, inspection, meeting and contribute to safe working condition/environment.

12 Promote safe work conduct within the factory, implement and promote all EHS programs.

13 Rectify and correct all unsafe condition and unsafe practice.

14 Ensure compliance of environmental, health and safety (EHS) measures at all time.

15 Perform any other tasks which may be assigned by management from time to time.

16 Practice 3R (Reduce, Re-use, Re-cycle) products where possible.

17 Use personal protective equipment provided to you to ensure your safety while working.

18 Comply the policy for fall prevention appropriate with the needs, activities and work at height risks.

19 Commit to prevent falls from height incidents, comply with applicable legal and other requirements.

20 Ensure that the policy for fall prevention is understood, implemented and maintained at all levels of the organization. The policy shall be reviewed periodically and amended as and when necessary.

**RESOURCE REQUIREMENTS**

1 Minimum 2 years’ experience in mechanical works

2 Preferable with Building Construction Safety Supervisor course certification or equivalent

3 Preferable with Work at Height Supervisor certification or equivalent

4 Preferable with Lifting Supervisor certification or equivalent

5 Computer literate

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
