**Key Responsibilities**:
**Hunting New Business**:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants, Catering services) clients.
- Explore and develop relationships with key distributors and resellers.
- Establish new accounts for catering services, ensuring the company’s RTE products are available in various foodservice businesses.
**Manage Key Accounts**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with current key accounts, ensuring consistent and smooth supply to outlets.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through regular communication and resolve any issues efficiently.
**Sales Strategy**:
- Develop and implement a sales strategy to meet company targets and drive revenue growth.
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads and keep up with industry trends.
**Product Knowledge & Promotions**:
- Promote our range of RTE Western food products (soups, sauces, pasta, etc.) to customers.
- Conduct product presentations and tastings for potential customers, highlighting the unique selling points of our products.
Supply Chain Coordination:
- Work closely with the operations and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery to clients and distributors.
- Oversee and monitor stock levels with key accounts to prevent any supply disruptions.
**Reporting & Documentation**:
- Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, client feedback, and market conditions.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, contracts, and client details in the CRM system.
**Job Requirements**:
**Education & Experience**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales or account management within the foodservice
**Skills & Knowledge**:
- Strong knowledge of the HoReCa sector, distributors, and caterers.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key accounts.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software for sales tracking and reporting.
**Personal Attributes**:
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a passion for the food industry.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Additional Requirements:
- Willingness to travel to meet clients and manage accounts across different regions.
- Fluent in English and Malay (Mandarin is a plus).
