**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Develop and maintain production schedules and workflows.
- Input and analyse production data, including production orders, material requirements, and inventory levels.
- Monitor inventory levels, track stock movement, and ensure materials and resources are available for production.
- Liaise with various departments, such as procurement, logistics, and production, to ensure smooth coordination and resolve scheduling issues.
- Maintain accurate records, production reports, and documentation related to production plans and schedules.
- Utilize ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software to manage production data, track inventory, and generate reports.
- Excel skills are essential for data analysis, creating reports, and managing spreadsheets related to production planning.
- Maintain the product bill of material
- Support any ad-hoc tasks, duties.

**REQUIREMENT**
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of **ERP**is add advantage
- Attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- Required Language**:Mandarin** **& Malay & English**
