**Job Summary**:

- Responsible for training & development of Sales and Marketing Organization.- To conduct online or classroom training including new hire on-boarding training but not limited to end-user training facilitation.- To publish training documents and identify process efficiency for improvements.- Demonstrate good presentation, effective communication and project management skill with right personality.**Your New Role**:

- Support internal and external partners on operational needs for new hire on boarding.
- Provide guidance across the regions to improve training quality and effectiveness.
- Set up and maintain training materials in learning platform.
- Partners with Project Manager and IT for training project assignments and process improvements.

**Preferred Skills & Knowledge**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 8-10 years related experience similarly in Sales/Business Operations.
- Ability to prioritize, organized and willing to learn with a desire to succeed.
- Ability to communicate fluently in English, Mandarin Chinese language a plus.
- Cross-cultural communication and training ability.
- Good presentation skill is desired.
- Experience with SAP (S4 / Hana), Model N, Salesforce, Power BI, SharePoint a plus.
