**The Opportunity**

Our partner, one of the most progressive and diverse Australian-owned healthcare agencies with over 40 years of experience, is looking for a Virtual Executive Assistant****

With a primary responsibility of supporting the General Manager, the Virtual Executive Assistant will support the team as directed to ensure that company goals and objectives are accomplished, and operations run efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Access to Xero bookkeeping to assist with statements, debtors, etc.
- Assisting with the database following up on Recruiters' short-falls regarding superannuation fund information and updating Client details and Member details in the front end to carry through for payroll purposes.
- Assist with pay run shift processing over weeknights and across the weekend
- Access to finance system as necessary but could be in conjunction with current licenses after the working day.
- Costing and quoting
- Reports to lead and assist in process improvement

**Skills, Experience & Qualifications**
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance / Accounting etc.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Payroll Officer or equivalent
- Must be proficient in XERO; another accounting system is a plus
- Knowledgeable in MS Office 365 - Excel and Sharepoint are important
- Effective communication skills in both verbal and written
- Pro-active and has that can-do attitude
- Exceptional customer focus and willingness to go the extra mile
- Distinct quality mindset and attention to detail
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
