Work Arrangement - WFH

Must have's - **Mandarin speaking ability** / **Managed Payroll staff before (up to 5 pax)** / Familiar with payroll for up to 300+ staff.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Oversee the maintenance of payroll records, including employee profiles, timesheets, deductions, and taxes.

- Develop and implement payroll policies and procedures to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in payroll legislation and regulations to ensure compliance and minimize risks.
- Prepare and distribute payroll reports to management, providing insights into payroll costs and trends.
- Address inquiries and resolve discrepancies related to payroll, benefits, and taxes promptly and professionally.
- Lead and mentor payroll team members, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality performance. (Up to 5 Pax)
- Collaborate with finance department for accurate accounting and reconciliation of payroll transactions.
- Conduct regular audits of payroll processes to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field.
- Proven experience (2 years) in management (Experience managing is a must)
- Strong understanding of payroll laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Experience handling payroll for : Singapore / Indonesia / Thailand / Vietnam is a plus
- Proficiency in payroll software and MS Office, with advanced Excel skills preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex payroll issues with professionalism.

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Payroll: 3 years (preferred)
- Management: 2 years (preferred)
