1. To create, manage, verify and audit payroll processing for staff headcounts of more than two hundred. To ensure payroll includes all statutory government contributions, and proper treatment of off days, sick days etc.
2. To process payrolls including generation of payroll reports, generation of payslips from payroll systems, transfer of salaries and statutory payments via online banking or other transfer methods.
3. To be responsible for Remuneration and Compensation of all staff, including payroll management; processing wages, bonus, allowances, overtime, deductions, advance salary, and others.
4. To create a filing system for safekeeping of payroll documents and employee personal files.
5. Manage and maintain HRMS and Payroll systems with e-payroll, e-leave, e-claim, attendance, EA forms etc.
6. To plan, create, execute and maintain budgeting and forecasting of staffing cost according to Management’s plans.
7. To manage and review compensation and benefits plan for all staff such as medical claims, insurance, overtimes, bonus, allowances etc, to ensure compliance with Malaysian HR laws and acts.
8. To be responsible to prepare monthly, quarterly, yearly or as when needed payroll reports with no errors or discrepancies.
9. To perform evaluation and benchmarking of compensation packages for new hires and current staff, and advice management on possible strategies to be on-par with current market compensation packages.

**Requirements**:
2. Minimum 5 years working experience in payroll field, preference in managing payrolls of more than 100 staff.
3. Proven results in Managerial roles and supervising of team member during high pressure periods / deadline due.
4. Experience in using payroll, attendance and other staff monitoring systems.
5. High Computer literacy skills - MS Office & HRIS, Payroll Systems etc.
6. Strong analytical skills, meticulous, highly independent and self-starter and results oriented. Able to work under high pressure deadline situations. Strong sense of responsibility and positive disposition.

**7. Must be effective and fluent in both oral and written**: English & Bahasa Malaysia. Fluent in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
8. Possess professional and personal standards, integrity and strong work ethics.
9. Able to work efficiently and effectively in line with the management’s plan and work beyond normal working hours.
