**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute content calendars aligned with brand campaigns and marketing goals.
- Work closely with the design and digital marketing team to ensure cohesive brand messaging and tone.
- Analyze content performance metrics and optimize strategies for better reach and engagement.
- Stay updated with the latest content marketing trends, digital tools, and platform algorithms.
- Collaborate with influencers, media, and partners to amplify brand storytelling.
- Proofread, edit, and ensure all content aligns with brand voice and visual identity.
- Support product launches and brand initiatives through compelling narratives and visuals.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
- **More than 3 years of experience** in content marketing and social media management.
- Proven experience in developing and executing multi-channel content strategies.
- Strong writing, storytelling, and copyediting skills in English (Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin are added advantages).
- Proficiency in social media tools, SEO principles, and content analytics.
- Ability to work independently and manage projects under tight deadlines.
- Excellent sense of aesthetics and brand tone.
- Added advantage if you have prior experience or strong interest in the skincare industry.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
