1. Assist to handle Account Payable (AP) and Account Receivable (AR).
2. Process and monitor payments and documents such as invoices, journal vouchers, reimbursements and documentation.
3. Perform day to day management of all payment via cheque or online transfer.
4. Verify invoices and update all payment transaction to the accounting system on a daily basis.
5. Ensuring all accounting systems, practices, controls and procedures are fully compliance with company policy.
6. To assist and support in the preparation of management accounts and financial reports.
7. Handle filing, records keeping and assuring the accuracy of documents filing.
8. To perform any ad-hoc task assigned by management.

**Requirement**
1. Minimum qualification, Diploma or Degree in Accounting/ Finance/Business Administration.
2. Must be able to communicate well in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Ability to communicate in Chinese is an advantage.
3. At least 1 year(s) of working experience in similar capacity.
4. Good interpersonal and documentation skills.
5. Good knowledge on Microsoft Office especially Excel.

- Monday to Friday
