The Transport & Warehouse Operations Manager will be responsible in overseeing the warehouse operations, customer services and transportation services and the development of the branch. Reporting to a Senior Manager, the role will be based in Selangor.

**The Transport & Warehouse Operations Manager will be responsible to**:

- Oversee and manage all aspects of warehouse operations, customer service and transportations to support the distribution product and existing customers, ensuring standard of performance meets and exceeds customers’ expectations.
- Provide leadership to the operations teams in meeting with agreed performance standards, complying to the Warehouse & Customers SOP that includes housekeeping, safety, and security.
- Follow and ensure compliance of quality procedures in line with warehouse SOP, OPS and ISO requirements and standards.
- Collaborate and assists the sales team to create operation procedures, create proposals and costing for new customers and update customers’ requirements into system.
- Perform accurate inventory with no claims.
- Responsible for project management for new projects and existing projects assigned from time to time based on customers’ requirements, expectations and till completion.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure Operational Excellence is achieved.
- Build good relationships with clients both internal and external.
- Review and manage 3rd party warehouse providers and truckers.
- Other ad-hoc assigned tasks. by the department and branch when needed.

**The requirements**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management or any related field.
- Minimum 5 years of direct experience in a similar position or global organization experience.
- Good knowledge of warehouse operations, warehouse and transportation management systems.
- Strong market and competitive knowledge.
- Strong and excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Possess good leadership, planning and management skills.
- Successful in managing effective deployment of resources, systems, and personnel to achieved organizational objectives.
- Extensive sourcing and human relations skills are required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
