Key Responsibilities:

We are looking for an Warehouse & Production Operator with experience in basic understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and material flow.

Key Requirements:

Knowledge & Experience

  • Basic understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and material flow.
  • Knowledge of FEFO/FIFO systems for stock arrangement and control.
  • Familiarity with SAP B1 functions (GRPO, material movement, stock update).
  • Awareness of safety procedures, GMP, and 5S practices in warehouse operations.
  • Understanding of documentation flow (PO, DO, DN, CN, RR, inventory reports) and warehouse SOPs.

Skills

  • Able to operate warehouse handling equipment (pallet jack, reach truck, repacking machine).
  • Capable of executing SAP B1 transactions (GRPO, material transfer, and stock update).
  • Proficient in labeling, picking, repacking, and performing stock checks accurately.
  • Skilled in maintaining warehouse organization according to 5S and safety standards.
  • Effective teamwork, time management, and communication with internal departments.

Abilities

  • Physically fit and able to perform manual lifting (up to 25 kg).
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision and handle multitasking in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and discipline in following warehouse procedures.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and perform overtime (OT) when required.
  • Ability to identify and report operational issues or stock discrepancies promptly.

Responsibilities

  • Perform receiving, storage, picking, repacking, labeling, stock check, and cycle count according to SOP.
  • Execute SAP B1 transactions such as GRPO, material movement, and stock updates accurately.
  • Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jack, reach truck, repacking machine) safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain stock accuracy and ensure proper storage following the FEFO system.
  • Support both incoming (Inventory Team) and outgoing (Delivery Team) operations as needed.
  • Maintain warehouse cleanliness and comply with GMP, safety, and 5S standards.
  • Perform overtime (OT) as required to meet operational needs.
  • Report any equipment malfunction, stock variance, or safety hazard to the Warehouse Team Leader immediately.

Ad-Hoc

  • Backup a person/ teammate absents during peak hour.
  • Compulsory to work during cycle count.
  • Others that HOD assignment relating to Warehouse / Production.
