Key Roles & Responsibilities – Warehouse Executive

  1. Inventory Management

  2. Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods against purchase orders.

  3. Maintain accurate stock records and update inventory systems regularly.
  4. Conduct periodic stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.

Warehouse Operations

  • Organize and maintain warehouse layout for efficient storage and retrieval.
  • Ensure proper labeling, handling, and storage of all products.
  • Coordinate timely dispatch and delivery of goods to relevant departments or customers.

3.     
Order Fulfillment

  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately for shipment.
  • Ensure orders meet quality and quantity specifications.

4.     
Safety & Compliance

  • Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized warehouse.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.

5.     
Coordination & Reporting

  • Liaise with procurement, logistics, and sales teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Generate weekly/monthly warehouse reports on stock levels, movement, and issues.

6.     
Equipment & Resource Management

  • Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely.

  • Monitor warehouse supplies and request replenishments as needed.

  • Any ad hoc tasks when required.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must posses ateast primary/secondary school/SPM/Diploma
  • Familiar with computer skills including Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Independent, self-starter
  • Posses own transport
  • Able to work under pressure

Good to Have:

  • Understanding and know-how about inventory and warehouse management
  • Languages: English, Mandarin, Malay
