Job Description:

We are a retail company specialising in premium sporting goods and outdoor performance products, managing multiple well-known brands and retail outlets across the region. As part of our continued expansion plan, we are seeking a Warehouse Executive to oversee daily warehouse and logistics operations, manage a team of 3 staffs, coordinate deliveries, and ensure accurate inventory control and efficient processes. Candidates with shipping experience will have an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead a team of 3 staffs to ensure efficient daily warehouse operations and high performance.
  • Manage and execute functions and task including picklists, packing lists, goods inwards, transfers, and returns to ensure accuracy and timely movement of goods.
  • Conduct monthly stock reconciliations and participate in 3PL stock counts to maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate deliveries to ensure timely availability of goods for customers and retail outlets.
  • Maintain proper records of warehouse activities, deliveries, and stock movements.
  • Work closely with internal departments to address warehouse or logistics issues and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Verify logistics and transportation-related invoices before submitting them to Finance for processing.
  • Coordinate closely with Sales, Retail Operations, and Finance teams to align warehouse and logistics activities with company goals.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of working experience in warehouse or logistics coordination.
  • Candidates with shipping experience will have an added advantage.
  • Proven experience managing a small warehouse team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to details, and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently.
