Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Order Fulfillment Executive to lead and optimize the order fulfillment process within our medical devices supply chain. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless coordination between sales, logistics, warehouse, and finance teams to deliver exceptional service and operational efficiency. The successful candidate will drive continuous improvement initiatives, manage key customer relationships, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end management of order fulfillment operations, including pre-sales quotations, tender support, order processing, invoicing, delivery coordination, and post-sales documentation.
  • Oversee purchase order issuance, goods receipt, and consignment stock verification to maintain optimal inventory accuracy.
  • Drive operational excellence by implementing process improvements to enhance order accuracy, reduce lead times, and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Manage logistics planning and execution for loan sets and inventory transfers, providing strategic guidance to the sales and operations teams.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders (Sales, Warehouse, Engineering, Finance) and external partners to resolve complex order and supply chain challenges.
  • Develop and analyze monthly reports on loan set utilization, stock reconciliation, and inventory performance metrics to inform decision-making.
  • Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and compliance with industry regulations and quality standards.
  • Mentor junior team members and act as a key backup for other supply chain functions as needed.
  • Lead and participate in cross-functional projects aimed at enhancing supply chain efficiency and customer service excellence.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in order fulfillment, supply chain, or operations management, preferably within the medical devices or healthcare industry.
  • Proven expertise in managing complex order fulfillment processes and inventory control.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and advanced Excel capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and manage competing priorities effectively.
  • Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving abilities, with a customer-centric mindset.
