The EHS Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the organization complies with all environmental, health, and safety regulations. This role promotes a safe and healthy workplace by identifying risks, implementing safety programs, conducting inspections, and providing training to employees. The EHS Supervisor works closely with management and staff to maintain a culture of safety and sustainability.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety (EHS) laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Develop, implement, and monitor workplace safety programs and initiatives.
- Conduct regular safety inspections, risk assessments, and audits.
- Investigate incidents, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
- Provide EHS training and awareness programs to employees.
- Maintain accurate EHS records and prepare compliance reports.
- Collaborate with relevant authorities and stakeholders on EHS matters.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Safety & Health, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in EHS or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of EHS regulations and best practices.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM4,500.00 per month
