**Responsibilities**:

- Manage mill operation and responsible for the deliverance of mill's KPI.
- Plan, organize, and control the maintenance of plant and equipment and to improve the plant's performance.
- Manage and coordinate mill construction and projects.
- Develop and maintain motivated workforce and engineers for sustainable mill operations.
- Review, monitor, and ensure safety measures are practiced in the mill.
- Ensure all regulations are complied.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Possess 1st Grade Steam Engineer Certificate.
- Open to relocate anywhere in Sarawak.
- Good financial and budgeting skills.
- Good experience in mill maintenance, machinery installation, and design.
- Good experience in EHS standard, knowledge if ISO, and RSPO/MSPO/ISPO.
- High integrity, reliable, and responsible.
- Good time management.
- Strong leadership skills and results oriented.

**Salary**: RM7,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
