Space Planner

**Position: Space Planner**

**Location: Bukit Bintang, Kuala Lumpur**

**Type: Permanent | Full-time**

**Salary: Up to RM4,400**

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with Sales to prepare tender responses, product designs, and proposals.
- Coordinate with factories and suppliers for pricing and lead times.
- Work with Visualisation teams on proposal visuals.
- Maintain files and ensure timely submission of quotations.
- Verify and compile tender documents, create presentations, and support Bid & Design Manager.
- Work with Project Manager on pricing and proposals for reconfigurations and service works.
- Prepare margin calculations, OBK files, and spare parts orders.
- Ensure order documents are complete and address clarifications from Shared Service Centre and Sales.
- Prepare design and specification works on typical product configuration and space planning and floor plan layout.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 1 year of commercial experience with strong knowledge of computer software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, AutoCAD, PCON, Adobe Photoshop, and Project Matrix).
- Experience in space planning.
- Willing to work overtime; dedicated, meticulous, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as a team player.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,400.00 per month
