**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible to set up, optimize the all online stores and help to achieve sales targets
- Manage daily e-commerce operations, store decoration, promotion submission.
- Knowledge of e-commerce space that includes marketing strategies, product development, competitive strategies, consumer research, industry trends, and usability best practices
- Knowledge of various platforms and online sales strategies and can be used to conduct digital sales or website conversions.
- Write and edit product content that will be published on e-commerce website/portals.
- Follow the standards, system, and best practices for new product listing, content, creation, distribution and maintenance.
- Work closely with other teams (product management and external team) to provide updated content that will be shared across e-commerce platforms
- Monitor changes in product sales by using web analytics and Excel spread sheets to stay organized.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree/Professional Certificate in Digital Marketing, Marketing, E-commerce, or equivalent
- Understanding of e-commerce analytical skills
- Ability to work independently.
- Strong PROBLEM-SOLVING skills, initiative, attention to detail,
- Strong sense of responsibility, leadership capabilities and able to work under pressure.
- Knowledge on internet (e-commerce, marketing, web content writing & marketing strategies)
- Min 1-2 years of Ecommerce experiences
- Ability to multitask and meet deadline while maintaining attention to details
- Hardworking, Trustworthy & Honest
- Able to work over time.
- Positive thinking and energetic.
- Personal development and learning.
- Committed to provide an excellent service.
- Perform sales & related activity to achieve group sales target
- Understanding customers’ needs and identifying sales opportunities

- Language proficiency: Able to speak & write in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
