**Qualifications & experience**
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage project timelines and priorities effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English, Malay and Mandarin, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of solar energy systems and industry best practices is preferred but not required
- Basic understanding of inventory management and logistics
- Possess own transport

**Tasks & responsibilities**
- Support project managers in coordinating with vendors, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies to ensure project compliance and timely delivery.
- Assist in the preparation of project documentation, such as project plans, specifications, and installation manuals.
- Participate in project meetings and provide updates on project status, milestones, and potential risks.
- Support project managers in conducting site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress and address any issues that may arise.
- Assist in the implementation of project management software and tools to streamline project workflows and improve communication.
- Contribute to post-installation activities, such as commissioning, testing, and customer handover.
- Pack solar panels, inverters, and components in protective materials (e.g., bubble wrap, foam padding) to prevent damage in transit, and secure them in crates or boxes.
- Track inventory levels of packing supplies and solar components, assisting with stock replenishment when necessary.
- Prepare packed orders for loading, assist in organizing shipments by destination or project, and help with loading trucks as needed.
- Follow all safety protocols, ensuring compliance with warehouse handling standards and maintaining a clean, safe work area.
- Other duties as assigned to support the successful delivery of solar panel projects and the overall objectives of the project management team.
- Collect, organize, and file warehouse or shipping documents, including delivery orders, inventory sheets, and invoices.
- Provide occasional support to office staff, such as scheduling, data entry, collecting documents from customers, cheque bank in or responding to basic inquiries.

**Job Types**: Temporary, Internship, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM800.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
