**Job Overview**

Are you passionate about creating intuitive and engaging user experiences? We’re looking for a **UI/UX Designer** to join our team and help shape the future of our digital products. In this role, you’ll conduct user research, deliver heuristic analyses, and design wireframes and user journeys that delight users across web and mobile platforms. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to solve design challenges and ensure seamless user interactions.

**Job Duties**
- Deliver UX and heuristic/usability analysis using appropriate methodologies and techniques.
- Conduct end-to-end user testing. Plan, recruit and report using qual and quant (where possible) to provide high value insights into the customers’ needs and pain points.
- Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
- Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions.
- Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders to complete the user interface design development processes.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Proven record of the Product UX designs.
- Experience establishing and analysing UX metrics.
- Experience with end-to-end research projects; from defining goals and objectives, developing scripts or interview guides, conducting fieldwork, analysing results, and sharing insights with the Product team.
- Good in any of the designing tools (Sketch, Invision, Principle, Framer, Flinto, Figma, Azure, Illustrator, Adobe XD, Web, Androi, IOS)
- Strong communications and presentations skills with stakeholders at all levels.

Pay: RM3,600.00 - RM6,600.00 per month
